The next part, in which the girl describes “a verbal dispute” involving her grandmother isn’t clear.

But then, “[The victim] advised [somebody] took her and her siblings away from the residence and brought them to her workplace located at [address in] Riviera Beach where she informed her of the incident that occurred with Aquilino. [The victim] stated [somebody] notified police, where an investigation was initiated.

“Department of Children and Families investigator [name] responded and took custody of all [blacked out]. At the time of this report, the children are currently in foster care residing at [address]. [A Riviera Beach police officer] made contact with Aquilino on June 3 at [location] where he denied all allegations post Miranda.

Aquilino was placed under arrest for violating the order of injunction placed against him

“After giving a statement, Aquilino was placed under arrest for violating the order of injunction placed against him in 2021 for the same allegations in regards to the victim.

“[The injunction read Aquilino is to have no contact with the victim which [somebody] was aware of. When asked, [somebody] advised she let Aquilino [blacked out] two months ago because she was [blacked out] and needed Aquilino to be [blacked out]. [Somebody] was aware of previous allegations as she was the individual who reported the allegations to DCF in 2021.”

The report noted that on June 4 at 12:25 a.m., a crime scene technician went to police headquarters and got DNA samples from the victim’s left and right breast.

“Both DNA standards taken were submitted and results are currently pending,” it said.

Then, on July 12, a detective got the forensic biology report which said, “Male DNA was indicated at quantification on the swabs of left and right breast of [the victim].”

After that, a police officer asked for an arrest warrant for Aquilino Perez Ambrocio, 32, for committing a lewd or lascivious act on somebody 12 to 16 years old.

That report wasn’t signed until Oct. 11 and the suspect was booked on Oct. 25 at 7:32 p.m. A judge set his bond at $50,000, but he has been at the Main Detention Center ever since.

If he does bond out, he would be required to have no contact with anyone under 18, or witnesses, and he won’t be allowed to have any weapons.

This wasn’t Perez Ambrocio’s first arrest in Palm Beach County in the past year.

Another arrest report said on June 3, his girlfriend went to the Riviera Beach police station and said he’d been living with her and somebody else.

The girlfriend gave the officers an “Order Granting Petition for Final Injunction to Prevent Child Abuse or Domestic Violence” that had been issued on Feb. 24 and signed by a judge.

“On page 6, paragraph 9 of the injunction, it states that Aquilino Perez Ambrocio shall have no contact with [somebody or a group],” the arrest report said.

Then, a Riviera Beach officer wrote, “Perez Ambrocio confirmed he had been living at [address] for the past three months. Perez Ambrocio and stated he greets [somebody] on the regular. Perez Ambrocio stated he greets her by saying ‘Hi’ and ‘Good morning.’”

That’s when he was arrested for violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence.

He was booked on June 4th at 5:59 a.m. and released the next day at 2:08 p.m.

Perez Ambrocio’s other Palm Beach County arrests were in 2021 and 2019. They were for criminal traffic violations.
