MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (TND) — Police in South Carolina had to deal with a touchy situation when a father and son stopped at a gas station on the way home from school.
Now, an employee is charged with pleasuring himself outside that Mount Pleasant 7-Eleven.
Police said they got a report of a man exposing himself while seated on a bucket with his pants down.
Semaj Mack, 20, was outside on break at the time, Monday afternoon.
According to the arrest report, the boy told his father, “Dad, some guy is masturbating behind the building.
The witness spoke with the manager and the two confronted Mack.
He quickly stood up, pulled his pants up, and began to apologize frantically.
Officers said Mack told them he had to use the bathroom, but too many customers were going in and out, so he decided to go outside.
Then, Mack reportedly said, while he was peeing, he began to smoke marijuana, and that’s when his problem arose.
The police said Mack told them some ash fell and “landed on the tip of his penis,” and he was checking himself for injuries.
The arrest report said the truth finally came out when police told Mack they didn’t believe his story. He began to cry, admitted he was masturbating, apologized, and said he didn’t know why he did it.
Mack was arrested on one count of indecent exposure. It also seems he’s out of a job.
His bail was set at $5,000 with the condition he not return to the location of the incident.
