Man accused of wearing thong, exposing himself to girl, molesting her repeatedly

WINDBER, Pa. (TND) — A man in Pennsylvania was arrested for allegedly “dressing as a woman” and exposing himself to an underage girl repeatedly.

State police near Johnstown also said the victim told investigators 39-year-old Matthew Hoyt molested her multiple times by “grabbing her breasts.”

Their living arrangements have not been released but court documents said the victim’s mother reported Hoyt “had a drinking problem” and would reportedly wear women’s clothes, including a thong, around the home.

Troopers said the victim told them when Hoyt wore a thong, she could “see everything.”

They said Hoyt admitted to wearing a nightgown and thong around the home but claimed children “could not see his genitals.”

Wednesday, Hoyt was arraigned on four felony counts of corruption of minors, four misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, and one count of harassment.

He was released in lieu of $25,000 unsecured bail and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 22.

Hoyt pleaded guilty to a count of harassment back in 2021.
