MEMPHIS, Tenn. (TND) ā A familyās walk in a park turned deadly, Sunday evening, and two armed robbery suspects are facing murder charges.
Alexander Bulakhov was shot during the walk in Memphis.
Police said they got the call just before 8 p.m. and the 32-year-old was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A GoFundMe page said they were robbed at gunpoint, and Alex was shot while protecting his wife, Anastasiia, and daughter, Barbara.
It didnāt take long to catch the suspects.
Police said they got away in a white Toyota Camry and they found it the following afternoon.
Marious Ward, 23, and Brandy Rucker, 22, each face six felonies: first-degree murder, first-degree murder during an aggravated robbery, especially aggravated robbery, attempted first-degree murder, using a firearm during a dangerous felony, and attempted aggravated robbery.
