HOUSTON (TND) — A man in Texas charged with murdering his wife has been arrested, but his wife’s body has not been found.

Marquise Rochard Glasper, 37, was arrested in Houston on Saturday. Crystal Lynch, 35, has not been seen since May.

Detectives said Lynch was reported missing on May 7. She was last seen with her husband, in their apartment, the night before.

“A witness told investigators Glasper found out Lynch had an affair with another man and had made past comments he would harm her if he ever found out about an affair,” they explained.

Glasper is charged with murder, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, and tampering with a human corpse.

His bail was set at $450,000 and he has not been released from jail.
