ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (TND) — The rideshare driver who picked up Jason Robert Hagerty last Saturday and drove him home in Florida had no idea what he was in for, but he recorded it on his cellphone.

According to the arrest report, Hagerty “sat in the front passenger seat of the victim’s vehicle” on his way home.

That’s when, the report said, “The defendant displayed and exposed his [body part] and then began to masturbate the duration of the ride until arriving at his residence in [St. Petersburg].”

Imagine being the driver.

”The victim speaks no English,” the report said, “and was unable to tell the defendant to stop.

“As a result, the victim used his cellphone to record the defendant masturbating.

”The victim told officers that the defendant did ejaculate inside of his vehicle before arriving to [his] residence, and in order to continue working, had to personally clean the seminal fluid from [his] own vehicle.”

It turned out, the driver and his front-seat passenger were not alone while the activity was happening.
