Both battered: ‘Very intoxicated’ couple led to fight over wife’s homemade porn on husband’s phone

THE VILLAGES, Fla. – An argument over “pornographic photographs” a woman let her husband take developed into something physical – and booking photos of them both.

Sheriff’s deputies in Florida said the trouble started during a night out drinking.

Arrest reports for Alan and Ann Marie Lichnerowicz trace events from their arrival home and fight on the living room floor, early on Feb. 6.

“[She] and [him] had an argument about [him] being too into intoxicated to drive,” the husband’s arrest report said. “[She] then decided to drive and continue arguing with [him].

“Once both of them arrived at their residence, [she] grabbed [his] phone and began attempting to delete pornographic photographs of herself that she allowed [him] to take.

“This caused [him] to go after [her] and ‘tackle’ her by using both hands to grab [her], causing her to go to the ground in an attempt to get his phone back.

“As [he] was on top of [her] and [she] was on her stomach with the phone held to her chest, [he] was actively attempting to reach under her to retrieve his cell phone back, [she] kicked [him] off of her and ran into a bedroom, and locked the door.

“When [she] was in the bedroom, [he] used a screwdriver to unlock the door, noticed [she] was on the phone with 911 dispatch, and he exited the room.

“It should be noted while during the altercation, both the defendant and the victim were very intoxicated.

“[He] was asked what transpired during the altercation and [he] was unable to recall how they ended up on the floor, but did state that they were on the ground in the living room at one point.”

The wife’s arrest report differed slightly.

She reportedly admitted, “attempting to delete pornographic photographs of herself” caused her husband “to go attempt to retrieve the phone stating, ‘give me my phone back.’”

Then, “When [he] grabbed a hold of his phone, attempting to retrieve the phone, [she] proceeded to scratch [his] left hand, causing [his] hand to bleed.”

That’s when they “went to the ground, struggling to retrieve the phone from each other, and eventually, “[She] was able to get up from the floor and run into a spare bedroom,” where she called 911 and he used a screwdriver to unlock the door.

Both husband and wife “had injuries consistent with having been battered,” the reports said. He “had a scratch on the left hand, right arm, and chest.” She “had a scratch on the left side of her neck [and] redness on her arms. No injuries required medical attention.”

They were each charged with domestic violence battery and booked into jail. Bond for each was set at $500.

Alan Lichnerowicz, 70, was released after 10-and-a-half hours. Ann Marie Lichnerowicz, 58, followed, 10 minutes later.

They both signed No Victim Contact Orders, but their arraignments are scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, in front of the same judge.

No word yet who will get custody of the photos, if they haven’t been deleted.
