Blue Route accident has only right shoulder open southbound

Traffic was big in the morning and we had one long string of a highway being closed everyday. It was good somebody who knew the region was writing because Philadelphia has its own ways of saying things, and the stretch of I-476 from I-95 to the Pennsylvania Turnpike is almost always called the Blue Route, even though no signs say so. Also note, I have my own set of rules and don’t use the word “accident” as if there’s ever an “on purpose” (I use “crash” instead) but this was a tractor-trailer losing its load of sheet metal.
